How do I get back into my case file?
There is no password. Open Log In, enter the email you filed with, and press the link in the email. A sign-in link lasts 20 minutes; the confirmation link sent when you file lasts 3 days. Each works once. If you never confirmed your email, the link you receive confirms it and opens your case file.
- Open Log In.
- Enter the email address you gave when you filed.
- Open the email and press the link. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check spam, then ask for another.
For privacy, the page says the same thing whether or not an address has a case file, so it cannot be used to find out whether somebody filed one. Attorneys use the same page with their sign-in email.
